One of the challenges these days in managing a restaurant is controlling what is displayed online.
Here’s my quick example that illustrates it can be a bit of a problem sometimes.
We’ve always been closed Monday and Tuesday. We say that on our web site and in our Google listing.
Trouble is when you search for “Allure on Currumbin” on your iPhone, it says “Closed on Monday”.
Which implies we’re open on Tuesday.
Which we’re not (and once you click into the listing it says that). The trouble is we can’t control everything online that gets displayed.
Can Lead To Some Headaches
From other sites that display our old menus, to wrong opening hours and more it can lead to a few headaches for guests.
If, like they say on TV (this may be showing my age!), you’re after “Just the facts, ma’am”then please check this site for the latest details, menus and more.
We’re sorry we can’t control information on other web sites and that what you see on other sites may not be right, but please be assured that we’re working hard to make your experience with Allure as lovely as possible.
Hope that helps.
