Under Eddie’s ownership we have been focusing on sourcing the best local products for our dishes. We strive to develop relationships with local farms, suppliers and businesses. Every night this means outstanding local produce is transformed into tantalising, delicious dishes.
For example, the local honey that we buy becomes home-made honey ice cream that is served with your Soufflé. This is part of our business commitment to be socially and environmentally responsible.
In response to your feedback we have introduced new vegetarian options and traditional French dishes while diversifying our gluten-free menu. Look out for your Christmas favourites – The Duck Cherry and the Vol-au-Vent (of course)!
